He is survived by: his children, Randy Smith, Pat Smith and Sherill Spradlin; his grandchildren, Cindy Smith, Joey Smith, Timmy Smith, Chris Anderson, Brittany Smith, Hillary Smith and Whitney Smith; his siblings, Raymond Summers, Faye Vorick and Brenda Gum; and his stepsiblings, Janet North, Nancy Johnson and Chuck Clayburn. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; Several nieces, nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
