He is survived by : his mother-in-law Judy Underhill; his wife Charly Danielle Payne; his children, Michael Edward and Juliet Faye Payne; his mother Jennifer Finn (Dan); his brother Seth Payne; and his nieces, Molly and Penelope Payne. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
