She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fred Hazelton and Clara Conn Hazelton; her husband William J. Kernohan; and her daughter Valerie Kernohan Sharpstone. She is survived by: her children, Janine Kernohan and John Kernohan (Frederica); and her grandchildren, Katharine Sharpstone Izzo (Patrick), Samuel Kernohan and Stuart Kernohan.
