With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Caroline June Yates (Brandenburg, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Yates, Sr.; her mother Dorothy Adair; and her siblings, Joe Ann Stennett, Calvin Glen Adair and Tammy Ramsey.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Bevill (Bill), Debbie Allen (Greg) and William "Joe" Yates, Jr. (Karen); her grandsons, Todd Allen (Nick Coleman), Cole Bevill (Erica), Ben Bevill (Becky Thomas), Tyler Yates (Cassidy) and Trevor Yates (Shelby); her great grandchildren, Rowland, Reagan, James, Will Bevill, Hayden and Emory Yates; and her brothers-in-law, Barry Ramsey, Claude Stennett and Fairleigh Yates (Alice). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society or Hosparus of Central Kentucky.
