He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kendall; his children, Steven Goins (Nikki), Darren Goins (Tiffany) and Emily Smith (Ryan); his grandchildren, Sean, Destiny, Ian, Sophie, Ellie and Luke Goins; and his siblings, Roger, Scott Kendall and Laura Kendall.
