She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Walton and Ruth Phoenix Walton; her husband William Scott Latham; her daughters, Letresia Charlene Miller and Sharon Ruth Jones; and her siblings, Shirley Cox, Juanita Ramey, Bobbie Louise Chaney and Claude Walton.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Lynn Stamper. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
