He is survived by: his wife Lillian Jupin Penn; his children, Alice Barger (Neal), Kerry Janes (Jeff Jupin), Pamela Jupin (Lynn) and David Penn (Anna); his grandchildren, Joshua, Megan, Benjamin, Sara, Caleb and Carissa; his stepgrandchildren, Bobby, Anthony and Brittney; his great grandchildren, Lillian, Samuel and Eliana; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Sophia and Graysen; and his brother Henry Penn (Jeanette). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
