He is survived by: his wife Tabby Raley; his children, Alicia Niko Smith and Elijah David Wayne Raley; his grandson Hunter Smith; his parents, Larry Raley and Joy Raley; his sister Lisa Jean Raley; and his close friend Chubs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
