He was predeceased by : his parents, David Vowels (Dickie) and Jonell Vowels (Bickett) of Brandenburg, KY.. He is survived by : his husband David Shaver; his pets, Dickie, Dolly Loretta and Sammi; his brother David Vowels; his stepchildren, Alexandra Harris, Brianna Duncan and Boomer Vowels; his brother Douglas Vowels; his children, Sophia Vowels, Piper Vowels and Harlow Vowels; and his cousin Erica Hamlett. He is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
