He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ronnie Lancaster, Joseph "Buzzo" Lancaster and Bobby Lancaster. He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Lancaster; his son Scotty Lancaster (Heather); his granddaughters, Alea Lancaster and Kaleigh Adams (Bradley); his great grandchildren, Lainey and Briggs; his sisters, Dorothy Jean Robbins and Mary Ann Vowels; and his sisters-in-law, Diane Lancaster and Sue Lancaster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175). Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
