She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Burt and Kathleen Duke (Wages); her son Randall B. Kelly; her sister Mary Charlotte Bishoff; and her former husband Joseph "Papa Joe" Kelly.
She is survived by: her son Richard L. Kelly; her grandchildren, Kayla, Karlee and Alasia; her son Joseph R. Kelly; her grandchildren, Tony, Shawn, Brittany, Richard, Randall, Michael and Ronda F. Staub (John); her children, Gary, Amber and Rodney M. Kelly (Jennifer S.); her grandchildren, Clayton, Colton and Kathleen; and her niece Deborah Holland. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
