She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Willis Wooldridge; her son Richard Antonio Rivera (Cathie) of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Brandon Rivera (Renee), Amanda Weddington (Tyler), Brian Rivera, Mikayla Rivera and Hunter Rivera; and her sisters, Donna Ottersbach, Gail Warren and Marie Mills. She is also survived by nine great- grandchildren.
