It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harlie Ralph Lowther of Brandenburg, Kentucky, born in Buckhannon, West Virginia, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harlie F. Lowther and Avis Allen McCray Lowther; and his siblings, Richard Lowther, Henry Lowther, Leslie Lynn Lowther, Philip Lowther, Mary Weaver, Macel "Jane" Buck and Mattie Almonta Markwood.
He is survived by : his wife Diane Richards Lowther; his son Stephen Thomas Lowther of Guston, KY; his foster daughter Tammy Phillips of Fairmont, WV; his siblings, Margie Gillespie, Betty Capps and Obrey Lowther; and his siblings-in-law, Debrah Ann Richards King (Roger) and Tom Richards.
