He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Cook and Elizabeth Cook (Bennett); his great grandchild Braylon Wilson; and his brother Dan. He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Belinda Cook, Neal Cook, Janette Armstrong (Steve), Colette Robertson (Larry), Robyn Horvath (Kurt), Glenn Cook, Dylan Cook (Mary) and Kyle Cook (Karen); and his siblings, Ramona Wilkins and Charles Cook. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the WHAS Crusade for Children, or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
