He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Tilley and Velva Tilley. He is survived by: his brother Mike Tilley; his children, Chasiti Nally, Kenny Tilley, Willie Tilley and Kyle Tilley; and his siblings, Peggy Barry, Beverly Stayton, Bonnie Saunders, Jerry Tilley, Bill Tilley and Terry Tilley. He is also survived by His many grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
