It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Embry Perkins of Brandenburg, Kentucky, born in Cloverport, Kentucky, who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Moad and Nellie Moad; her former husband J. D. Embry; her husband Don Perkins; and her siblings, Russel, Tolphus, Bill Moad and Nellie Pugh.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Embry (Mary), Eric Embry (Karen), Don Embry (Linda) and Butch Embry (Betty Jean); her grandchildren, Rob Embry, Leah Embry (Karen), Nathan Embry, Katie Kolonich (Dave), John Embry, Eric Embry (Tara), Amber Wisdom (Sean), Maria Sosh (Robert French), Amy Embry, Laura Bradley (Dylan), Luke Embry (Kelsey) and Liza Embry; and her great grandchildren, Jane Kolonich, Paxton Embry, River Embry, Steel Embry, Everleigh Sosh, Kaylee Sosh, Harley Sosh, Colton French, Maeve Embry and Lennon Bradley.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cloverport Baptist Church (314 W Main St, Cloverport, KY 40111). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Cloverport Baptist Church.
