She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Cecilia Shircliffe Mills and Kendrich Henry Mills; her husband James Leo Harbison, Jr.; her children, Teresa A. Harbison, Gregory Paul Vowels and Charles Richard Vowels; her siblings, Joseph Anthony Mills, Michael Andrew Mills (Gwendolyn), Josephine Ann Edwards and Rita Ann Mills; and her granddaughter Amanda Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Vowels (Karen) and Joseph "Beaver" Vowels (Cheryl); her grandchildren, April, Amber, Alex and Lesley; and her siblings, Linda Jane Stith (Greg), Theresa Margaret Elliott (Al), James Henry Mills (Bobbye), Charles Eugene Mills (Judy) and William Kenneth Mills (Nina). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
