She was predeceased by : her father Charles Alexander Sipes; and her siblings, Carolyn Sipes and Paul G. Sipes. She is survived by : her brothers, John B., Charles Patrick Sipes (Annie) of San Antonio, TX, Dennis Edward Sipes of Virginia Beach, VA and Thomas Anthony Sipes (Penny) of Hudson, KY; her close friend Melissa; her nephew Thomas A (Sipes); and her niece Elizabeth Ann Sipes. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
