She is survived by: her mother Anna Mae Phillips; her husband Stephen "Kent" Allen of Wolf Creek; her daughters, Savannah Andrews (Zach) and Hannah Sadler (Drew); her grandchildren, Gavin Sadler, Ellie Andrews and Abram Andrews; and her brother Anthony "Tony" Phillips (Brenda). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Habitat for Humanity in Nita's memory.
