With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norma Mattingly (Brandenburg, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 12, 2025 at the age of 100. In the vast expanse of eternity, Norma shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Norma farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Maria Deal (Ken); her granddaughters, Lauren Marie Deal-Pederson (Ryan) and Kathleen Mattingly Deal; her sister Florence Vessels; and her husband James Wilbur Mattingly.
