Smith; her daughter Susan Mellinger (Corey); her siblings, Carolyn Humphrey, David Humphrey (Elois), Stephen Humphrey and Charlie Humphrey (Janet); and her grandchildren, Adriana Mellinger, Caprice Mellinger, Nicole Mellinger, Isabella Mellinger and Olivia Mellinger.
