He is survived by: his parents, Rusty Thomas and Shanda Thomas; his brother Trace Thomas; his grandparents, Joyce Thomas, Karen Renee Clark-Kelly and Mark Sypolt; and his aunts and uncles, Sylvia Hill, Sue Turner, Jane Johnson (Duke), Janet Pauley, Ricky Thomas, Donnie Clark (Paula), Greg Clark (Naola), Dennis Jay Clark (Cindy), Toby Clark (Kim) and Kirby Clark (Jennifer).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hager Funeral Home (633 Bland St, Brandenburg, KY 40108). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
