He was predeceased by : his father William C. Nall; his stepfather James A. Fuqua; and his brother Boyce Cruse. He is survived by : his daughter Kaylee Nall; his mother Barbara Fuqua; the mother of his child Mandy Faust; his sisters, Lycrecia Kennedy and Carol Campbell; and his pet Hank.
