He was predeceased by: his parents, William Baxter and Lucille Baxter (Galloway); and his stepdaughter Pam Parker. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Baxter (Adams); his sons, BJ Baxter and Jason Baxter; his stepchildren, Stephanie Camplin Ball, Jack Camplin and Michelle Vaughn; and his sister Ann Stewart. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Charles' honor to Bandy Funeral Home.
