She is survived by: her mother Irene Maddox Smith; her children, Vonda Miller of Greenville, Kim Wagoner of Bremen, Terry Jones (Ruthie) of Maryville Tn and Dennis Jones of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Scott Heltsley (Stephanie), Jason Payton (Hanni), Jarrod Wagoner, Adam Payton (Tina), Austyn Hayes (Brandon), Morgan Carpenter (John) and Jared Binder; and her siblings, John Smith (Jo Ann) of Madisonville and Jo Nell Tucker (Don). She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren;10 Great Great Grandchildren.
