He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Green; his daughters, Ann Green of Owensboro, KY and Nancy Green Smith of Owensboro, KY; and his grandchildren, Lauren Smith of Louisville, KY, Logan Smith (Emily) of Louisville, KY, Lane Smith of Louisville, KY, Ragon Grimes (Megan) of Cadiz, KY and Reed Grimes of Hopkinsville, KY. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
