He is survived by: his children, Althea Ray Blandford (Tim) and Joey Lynn Proctor, Sr.; his caregiver Betty Gunterman; his stepchildren, Lynn Doss (Drew), Jeff Bratcher, Sherry Craig (John), Rhonda Bratcher and Tina Pointer; Terry A. Morris (Denise), Peggy L. Miller, Douglas Morris (Amy), Billy Morris (Rose) and Bobby Morris (Debbie). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
