He is survived by: his stepchildren, Dena Trent (Richard) of Wilmore, KY, Pamela Parmley (Christopher) of Nicholasville, KY and Steven McGuire (Elin); his niece Lisa Parks; and his caregivers, Kristie and Darlene.
