He was predeceased by: his parents, Manley Charles and Sylvia Easter Barnett McGuire; and his brother Tony McGuire. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Winkler McGuire; his daughter Joann McGuire Smith (Josh) of Somerset; his siblings, Robert Logan McGuire (Wilma) of Ohio, Denny McGuire (Carol) of Ohio, Dewey Truman McGuire (Sharon) of Ohio, Bruce McGuire of Ohio, Lonnie McGuire (Jean) of Brodhead, Michael P. McGuire (Melinda) of Orlando and Dianna Moore (Lonnie) of Brodhead; and his grandchildren, Brian Davis Miller, Logan Keith Smith, Samuel Bailey Smith and Grayson Corrinne Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cove Branch United Baptist Church (2876 Cove Branch Rd, Orlando, KY 40460).
