She is survived by : her son Clint Winstead of New York; her grandchildren, Alex Winstead, Billy Combs, Leah Fields and Carrie Ross; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Winstead, Arden Winstead, Makenzie Fields, Raelyn Combs, Madilyn Combs, Eli Combs and Kenny Manning.
