He was predeceased by : his parents, Hurbert McFerron (Bill) and Alta Barron McFerron; and his brothers, Benny Lloyd McFerron, Vernon Dale McFerron and Larry McFerron, Jr..

He is survived by : his wife Amy McFerron of Mt. Vernon; his sons, Robert Baggett III of Orlando, Fla., Randell Baggett (Tonya Romero) of Mt. Vernon and Roger Baggett of Mississippi; and his grandchild Ashland Baggett.
