George Childress Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Childress and Flonus Renner Childress; his children, Kelly Childress and Christopher Childress; his siblings, Owen Childress and Kathleen Childress Williams; and his brother-in-law Donald Williams.

He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Sue Childress Durham of Mt Vernon and Danny Michael Childress (Crystal Baker Childress) of Austin; his grandson Wesley J Durham (Katlyn Lamb Durham) of Mt Vernon; his stepgrandsons, Quentin Baker of Austin and Ben Baker (Mary) of English, Indiana.; his great grandchildren, Corbin, Garrett and Laney of English, Indiana.; his sister Sharon K. Childress Sayler (Howard) of Mt Vernon; and his sister-in-law Mazy Decker Childress.

In lieu of flowers any donations can be made to the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals to help his children with the arrangements.
