He is survived by: his children, Kathy Lynn Littrell (Charles) of Caledonia, Wisconsin and Terry M. Lake of Norwood; his stepdaughter Pam Johnson of Dayton, Ohio.; his grandson T. J.; the mother of his children Glynn Rose Woodall Lake; and his nephew Shannon Bishop (Angie).
