He is survived by: his significant other Cathy Hale; his children, Troy Isaacs (Norma) of Hazard, KY, James Todd Issacs (Donna) of Corbin, KY, Tammy Wells (Harold) of Corbin, KY, Tonya Wise (Rick) of Louisville, KY and Robert Isaacs (Robin); his stepdaughter Lauree Ann Farmer (Chris) of Brodhead, KY; and his sisters, Doris Combs of Orlando, Linda Smith of Burlington, KY and Betty Lionburger of Glenco, KY.. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
