She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kidwell and Maggie Martin Kidwell; and her brother William Kidwell. She is survived by: her husband Charles Norris; her sons, Rob Lay and Rick Lay (Gwen); her sister Eva Vaughn (Paul); her sister-in-law Jewell Kidwell; her granddaughters, Jillisa Noland (Daniel) and Ricki Jean Reinhardt (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Clara Noland, Emma, Lillianna Reinhardt and Calvin Reinhardt. She is also survived by niece, two nephews and several grand-and great grand-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Brodhead Baptist Church (360 Silver St, Brodhead, KY 40409). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
