He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Decker and Eva Gertrude Hines Decker; and his brother David Decker. He is survived by: his sister Lisa Cotton of Mt. Vernon; and his nephew James Carl Price of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by cousins, nephews/nieces, friends and neighbors.
