He is survived by : his wife Ruth Hasty (Stevens) of Mt. Vernon, KY; his children, Ricky Hasty of Mt. Vernon, KY, Vickie Thomas of Berea, KY and Rodney Hasty of Mt. Vernon, KY; his grandchildren, Natasha Hensley, Ashley Thomas, Reanna Pelfrey, Amber Legg and Isaiah Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Taelor Cummins, Kaughner Hensley, Ben and Brody Thomas.
