He was predeceased by : his parents, Joaquin Carrillo and Lois Carrillo (Cornelius); his daughter Jaclynn Alvidrez; and his grandson Sebastian McCown. He is survived by : his wife Karen Jo Zander (Zander) of Brodhead, KY; his children, Meshelle Bowline, Valerie Carrillo of Phoenix, AZ, Brienne Miller of Mt. Vernon, KY, Chelsey McCown of Somerset, KY and Tobias McCown (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Skyler Carrillo, Gabriella Renner, Ileana Coffey, Elijah Miller, Silas McCown, Hunter Miller and Hayden McCown; his great grandchildren, Landon Alexander, Aleigha Hensley, Wyatt Hensley, Adalynn Renner, Laylah Horn and Nova Renner; and his sisters, Yolanda Garcia of Scottsdale, AZ and Linda Carrillo of Scottsdale, AZ.
