Shena Hensley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shena Hensley of Brodhead, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 8, 2025 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Shena's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Shena's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her father James Hoover; her daughter Grace Hensley; and her grandparents, Grover and Stella Pence. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Strain (Pence); her daughters, Latosha Debord (Matt) and Cheyene Hensley; and her grandchildren, Hadley Debord and Hayden Debord. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Main Chapel (5900 US Hwy 27, Science Hill, KY 42553). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests expression of sympathy take the form of donations to the Shena Hensley Memorial Fund.
