He is survived by: his parents, Howard Roger Lowery and Sandra Roney Lowery; his son Justin Lowery; his grandchild Ryan Poynter; his brother Edman Matthew Hughes (Laura) of Elizabethtown; his uncle Robert Roney (Anola) of Somerset; his niece Eastyn Hughes; and his nephew Ethan Hughes.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Southern Oaks Funeral Home Chapel (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
