She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Hammond and Opal Hammond; her children, Bobby Dale Gibson and Carol Ann Gibson; her brothers, Richard Hammond and Eddie Hammond; and her sister-in-law June Hammond.
She is survived by: her husband Junior F. Gibson; her children, Gregory Lewis Gibson, Glenna Hylton (Will) of Grayson, KY, Angela Erisman (Greg) of Bronston and Misty Mills (Ed) of Somerset; her brother Larry Hammond of Nevada; her sister-in-law Diane Hammond of Illinois; and her friend Edna Keith. She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren.
