She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Marie Smiley and Andrew Smiley. She is survived by: her sister Mary Hardwick (James) of Bronston; her sibling's children, Maria Hughes (Tim) of Bronston, Virginia Hardwick (Michael Owens) of Bronston, James Hardwick Jr. of Palestine, WV and Raymond Hardwick (Melinda Alton) of Burnside; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nikki Hampton (Ross) of Nancy, Amber Price (Donald) of Burnside, Grace Owens of Bronston, Troy Craft (Autumn), James Fisher (Jaime) of Bronston and Dakota Alton of Burnside; her close friends, Maxine Bolin and Kathy Pruitt of Somerset; her nieces, Mary Hittle and Melinda Fisher; and her great-nephew Gabe Owens.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
