It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Cole of Bronston, Kentucky, who passed away on January 15, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Ruby Mae Huff Haynes; her husband James D. Cole; her daughter Robin White; her siblings, Guy Lee Hyanes, Jerry Haynes, Jacky Haynes, Joan Decker, Sylvia McDowell and Joyce Ann Shelton; and her son-in-law Mike White.

She is survived by: her children, Sheila Hainey of Somerset, Kelly Troxell (Richard) of Somerset and James Timothy Cole (Candace) of Stanford; her stepchildren, Russell Behling of California and Theresa Herald (Jessie) of Jackson, KY; her siblings, Bobby Haynes of Sulphur, LA, Terry Haynes (Ruthann) of Sloans Valley, KY and Sharon Williams of Bronston; her grandchildren, Brandy Shively, Dana Lake and Elijah Hainey; her great grandchildren, Cain Troxell, Ricki Troxell, Dedrick Troxell and Bella Johnson; and her great great grandchildren, Cali Grider and Drako Abbott. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
