She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Gibson and Lucy Milby; and her husband Lenard Jeffers. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Claycomb and Lenard G. Jeffers; her grandchildren, Jacob Claycomb (Allison), Jon Claycomb and Naomi Jeffers; and her great grandchildren, Hudson Claycomb and Rowen Claycomb.
