He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Neagle and Eva Mae Neagle (Bell); and his daughter Rhonda Smith. He is survived by: his wife Debra Neagle; his children, Stacy Lemmones, Jason Beard (Colleen) and Dustin Beard; his grandchildren, Cameron, Devereauex, Niko, Tyler, Hannah, Madison, Kate, Frank and Evelyn; and his sister Melissa Rouark.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of Randy is greatly appreciated.
