He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Hawkins and Gladys Hawkins (Hunchman); and his son-in-law Cliff Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Joan Hawkins; his children, Shelly Warren (Steve), Susie Richardson and Ronnie Hawkins; his grandchildren, Justin (Kristen), Katie (Phillip), Sean (Skye), Tyler (Haley), Cameron and Violet; his great grandchildren, Emma, Mason, Easton, Waylon, June and Nova; and his brother Steve Hawkins (Ann).
