He is survived by: his children, Brian Cook (Tiffany) of Singapore, Jeana Adams (Cook), Lisa Buerkley (Haley), Michelle Class (French), Trevor Haley of Northern Kentucky, Karen Ruf (Clark) of Crestview Hills and Vinay Mehta (Wendy) of Marietta, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Haley Welsh, Hayden Buerkley, Caroline, Carson, Bailee Class, Hank, Wyatt Cook, Landon, Casey Wagner, Holden Adams, Shane Ruf, Max and Brandon Hosker; his great grandchild Arthur James Welsh; and his sister Cindy Mincks (Cook).
