She is survived by: her husband Randall Fields; her son Charles Fields (Holly); her grandchildren, Savannah Rose Fields, Kori Grace Fields, Avery Noelle Fields and Laci Brooke Fields; and her siblings, Richard "Dickie" Hamilton, Alice Hyatt (Paul) and Carl Hamilton (Sally).
