She is survived by: her children, Jerry Hay (Terri), David Hay, Gary Hay (Sharon), Carla Hay Hampton Padgett (Dennis Dice), Sara Hay Fryman (Jamie Bell), Brian Hay (Ann Honan) and Brent Hay (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Angie Dawson (Chris), Shawn Hay (Jennifer), Stephanie Jefferson (Joseph), Megan Hay, Nickolas Hay, Hayley Hay Clark (Cameron) and Leah Padgett (John Hudson); her great grandchildren, Kaleigh Woods, Kade Jefferson, Jaxon Jefferson and Thea Kate Jefferson; her great great grandchild Oaklynn DeArmond; her daughter Paula Hay Insko; her granddaughters, Shannon Lynn Hay and Erin Makensie Hay Youngman (Ashley); her son-in-law Gary Hampton; and her brother Jimmy Moorhead.
