He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Perkins; his son Jeffrey "Smooth" Perkins of Brooksville; his son-in-law Greg Sutton of Brooksville; his grandchildren, Amanda Kenney (Justin) of Carlisle and Alecia Sexton of Florence; his great grandchildren, Shelby Kenney, Jackson Kenney, Cora Sexton and Clay Sexton; his close friend Shelia Collins; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
